Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Costing of entire Food and Beverage Inventory.
- Individual recipe costing.
- Controlling food cost (Monitoring inventory movement/Fluctuation/Portioning/Pilferage).
- Stock Replenishment.
- Wastage control.
- Transfer in and out of goods.
- Supplier invoice validation.
- Reconciliation.
- Negotiating and sourcing F&B items globally and internationally.
- Warehouse reconciliation.
- Central kitchen management.
- Spot check.
- Inventory count conducting.
- Variance analysis.
- COGS analysis.
- Sales analysis.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
