Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Provide IT tech-support to customers on break/fix standards, or as per support-ticket raised by customers.
- Install and deploy various hardware accessories/ peripherals and software etc.
- Understand the problem faced by customers on using the PC asking proper questions, plan-out, explain the solution.
- Get confirmation of planned solution along with proper time schedule approval.
- Finish the tasks and close the support tickets.
- Knowledge of proper connection of various IT spares and peripherals, along with proper software and driver installation required for attached peripherals to operate smoothly.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
