Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Updating financial statements.
- Preparing monthly financial reports.
- Calculating VAT, submitting VAT returns.
- Auditing and maintaining account receivable and accounts payable.
- Ability to learn and use accounting software.
- Analyze balance sheets.
- Drafting Leasing and Sale contracts,.
- Conveyancer and document controller.
- Assisting agents in the Conveyancing process.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
