Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
- Compile and analyze financial statements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Support to Executive Office Manager.
- Internal Book-keeping.
- Invoicing/Accounts Receivable.
- Compilation of Customer’s Business Financials & Related Documents.
- Internal Business Analysis Reports.
- General Office Administration.
- CRM Management.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
