Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the Board.
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts.
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
- Manage relationships with banks.
- Manage financial forecasting & budgeting.
- Performance risk management.
- Excellent knowledge in Data Analysis.
- Strong F&B background.
- Strong capital raise background.
- Experience with startups.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
