Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Office daily service operation and maintenance.
- Assist the Admin manager to organize and arrange and support the company events and any urgent projects requested by users.
- Operate and manage the administrative intelligent system and admin portal content.
- Sending, receiving and registering documents and packages.
- Inventory management of admin storage.
- Snacks, ordering and receiving office supplies, supplier communication and management.
- Supervise and inspect the work of cleaning crews.
- Assist the monitoring ,reporting maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
- Connect international business calls on behalf of staff requiring this service in the office.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
