Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Providing administrative support which includes scheduling meetings, managing emails, handling visitors and important clients, and responding to management requests.
- Assisting in office management duties by maintaining office services and supplies.
- Supporting with recruitment efforts – such as sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting phone calls, posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Handling other administrative duties whenever required such as liaising with Telecom companies, reviewing bills, and providing analytics.
- Exemplary organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
