Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Liaises with various departments regarding purchasing or receiving and charging of items ordered by Housekeeping.
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with administration duties.
- Monitors that the Order Takers are following the procedures.
- Assists with the creation and implementation of any new administrative changes as per the departmental requirement.
- Controls department forms and records according to the Sea Season standards for Document Control Changes.
- Monitors that uniforms are ordered and arrive on time using the arrival list.
- Must have 1-2 experience year experience in a similar role in a quality-focused establishment
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
