Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Participate in tool and procedures improvement.
- Apply regulatory changes; ensure their integration with tools and procedures.
- Identify the necessary evolutions of procedures and tools.
- Discussion contact for other services within the finance function on specific issues.
- Get the approval of expenses with Cost Control and budget holders.
- Yearly confirmation of supplier balance for Auditors.
- Clients invoices booking and reconciliation, ensure payment on time for the tax declaration.
- Yearly confirmation of supplier balance for Auditors.
- Periodic Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Prepare monthly income tax declaration and reconcile with the budget team.
- Manage bank accounts update- to get a formal letter from suppliers.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations & follow up on outstanding issues
- Coordinate with Treasury for monthly cash call.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
