Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Provide Network and Telecommunication services for both internal and external customers in an effective, efficient, and timely manner in order to deliver the agreed service levels.
- Provide, maintain, and monitor the organization’s desktop computing environment for both internal and external customers in an effective, efficient, and timely manner to ensure smooth desktop services.
- Accurately communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely manner in order to keep them up to date with the required information.
- Lead the onboarding process.
- Follow up on the performance management system.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
