Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• To Provide satisfactory answers to booking enquiries from customers. This will require to be 100% informed about our Yachts, partners Yachts, Catering packages of Food & Beverages.
• To reply to enquiries via Phone, Whatsapp Groups, Email, Social Media.
• Input and arrange correctly own customer enquiries through our booking system.
• Close sales by providing the most satisfactory reply to customer enquiry along to company organization.
• Make sure your own customers received the correct booking confirmation.
• To be responsible for A-Z from our own client’s booking in our system: Previous 5 points.
• To prevent and to solve issues related to yacht trips coordination
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
