Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• A detailed review of monthly accounts and feedback & discussions with budget holders on variances/ risks/ trends/ opportunities.
• Overall responsibility for the annual audit process, completion, and filing of statutory accounts for all entities in line with the agreed process and timeline.
• Local Statutory Compliance: Full accountability for compliance with all legal, accounting, and tax requirements within each jurisdiction in the regions.
• Lead filing of all statutory requirements for non-trading/ dormant entities (eg holding companies) including VAT, payroll, and audited statutory accounts.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Establish and maintain data files and records to document transactions.
• The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
