Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.
• Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data.
• Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity, and cash flow
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Implementation and management of Inventory.
• Responsible for monthly P&L Report and distribute to Director & GM.
• Control the Food and Beverage expenditures in-terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with GM.
• Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
• Establish and maintain data files and records to document transactions.
• The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
