Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- You will own the end to end execution of the customer service support team process and
- Participate as a key team member in implementing Customer Service support team projects.
- You will work closely together with customer service back-office agents for quick issue resolution.
- Additionally, you will help solve customer support bottlenecks and similar issues.
- Oversee and action order entry tasks, Claims management, Master Data, MIS management.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, Engineering, or Supply Chain related ideally.
- Professional experience in customer service is preferred.
- Cross-functional understanding in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Production, Supply Chain Execution, OtC-knowledge is preferred.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
