Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Serve as a liaison for HR teams and other cross functional groups.
  • Manage monthly headcount, organizational charts, and HR metrics for the brand.
  • Verifies and maintain I-9 documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate innovative internal communications for Human Resources.
  • Gather content and data for employee communications and draft deliverables for review by senior management.
  • Disseminate timely communication to employees through various internal channels on a consistent basis.
  • Maintains employee records and HR files (payroll, medical, HR general).
  • Process HR invoices; coordinating proper route for payment.
  • Revise HR forms, policies, and documents as needed.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
