Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Collation of data, reconciliation, and timely filing of the VAT return.
  • Working on system enhancement for improved controls.
  • Timely reconciliation of intercompany balances.
  • Banking work – application of BG/ LC, liaison with banks.
  • Supervision of payroll accounting.
  • Enhancing department efficiency by way of training self and others on enhancements/processes.
  • Ensuring Timely reply to queries /clarifications requested by businesses/stores on the same day.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Proficient in using warehouse processes such as inbound, put away, store inventory, local/export, Dispatch, GRN, GRV, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
