Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Generation of inquiries and timely response to customer queries
• Coordination with factory and warehouse to manage the orders and inquiries.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Experience dealing with engineering equipment and accessories may be advantageous
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
