Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Account management and reconciliation
• Prepare vendor and GL account reconciliations on monthly basis including Intercompany
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Perform all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries.
• Preparation of journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Reconciling cash and bank account on daily basis.
• Entering month-end entries as part of the month-end closing procedure.
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
