Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Come up with new and creative growth strategies.
• Manage & Optimise all the company’s paid marketing initiatives across Facebook & Google AdWords.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Lead on digital reporting, identifying and tracking KPIs, ensuring the digital activity is measured and reports are communicated with the wider organization to inform decision making and future activity.
• Prepare artwork for campaigns
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to coach and develop junior members of the team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
