Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
• Inventory Report from the Warehouse team to be created and design invoices based on the reports.
• Bank Reconciliations for the banks related to the company.
• Cost Booking in every customer’s corresponding invoice and verifying account activities after booking costs for customers.
• Passing Closing entries monthly for the Revenue part.
• Maintaining and monitoring fixed assets account and providing depreciation in a timely manner.
• Reconciliation of each account heads of RSA Products such as Sundry Suppliers/ Debtors and Creditors accounts.
• Ideally passionate about the data and analytics industry.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
