Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Monitoring the visa validity of employees, renewals of contracts to ensure everything is in line with the Ministries.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using filing systems.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Delegating of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office
- Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
