Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Leads the development of departmental, organizational goals, objectives, and systems.
- Devise a solid platform to automate the division’s data management and to improve the self-service facilities to streamline and integrate processing line with business requirements.
- Develop and Implement an HRSS model and other strategies in order to increase the efficiency of HR processes; ensure the processes such as payroll and onboarding operate in line with the industry’s best practices.
- Manage and review strategies, manpower and operating plans and capital for corporates security and protocol at the local and global scale, in line with corporate strategies and the industry’s best practices
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Actively support the organization’s Emiratisation plans and development initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance of an effective onboarding process, making adjustments if required, to efficiently induct new joiners into their respective departments and into the company as a whole within established timeframes.
- Oversee the payroll and benefits processes in an efficient manner, ensuring all updates and procedures are carried out accurately and in a timely manner; develop a scorecard to measure accuracy.
