Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Ensure that cashier reports are received and being reconciled with the POS report on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with branches for cash collection & deposit cash to a bank account upon receiving from units.
  • Reconcile POS sale with logistics (Third-party) cash sale on weekly basis and share with the cashier for their confirmation.
  • Unreconciled cash sales are shared with third parties on a timely basis.
  • Maintains the Petty Cash float & prepares reimbursement claims on a timely basis.
  • Ensure to follow company policies and procedures before releasing cash.
  • Manage daily cash payments and ensure the same has recorded in the system.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable team for Cheque/Cash deposit in the bank being received from customers.
  • Ensuring accuracy and control in inter-company accounting.
  • Ensuring that general accounting services are provided appropriately.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
