Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely flow of department activities.
  • All clerical jobs related to data entry, documentation, and recording keeping.
  • Assist in managing orders, documentation, and deliveries.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with the inventory control systems, keeping inventory current at all times.
  • Maintenance of new and existing customer accounts ensuring timely updates.
  • Perform regular reviews of the performance levels of customer service, dispatch, and instore teams.
  • Ensure coordination between all relevant departments.
  • Overall involvement and expertise in assignments and directives given by the Warehouse Manager.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
