Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Supervising day to day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitoring the visa validity of employees, renewals of contracts to ensure everything is in line with the Ministries.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using filing systems.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Delegating of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office
  • Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
