Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
- Inventory Report from the Warehouse team to be created and design invoices based on the reports.
- Bank Reconciliations for the banks related to the company.
- Cost Booking in every customer’s corresponding invoice and verifying account activities after booking costs for customers.
- Passing Closing entries monthly for the Revenue part.
- Maintaining and monitoring fixed assets account and providing depreciation in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of each account heads of RSA Products such as Sundry Suppliers/ Debtors and Creditors accounts.
- Ideally passionate about the data and analytics industry.
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
