- The candidate must be fluent in English.

- Drives the project’s agenda and develop with a focus on a brand level.
- Implementation of the annual routing plan and effectively communicate this with the front line managers.
- Continuously analyzing the GTM customer segmentation, DSD & P-sale constantly.
- Use all the tools, resources, and the team to provide adequate support to run the operations, by physical validation of all new customers and new routes in the market.
- Improve the performance of GTM continuously and keep the average trip per day on 100% for DLV trucks or higher.
- The organization of new routes must be created based on the directions and the company’s policy.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
- Work to meet the needs of sales to provide the best level of performance through a balance of sales per route, the balance of the number of daily visits per route, and the presence of customers on the right route and right channels.
