Job Descriptions:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Follow up on daily orders collection, timely delivery follow up, quality check, and co-ordinate with respective departments for smooth operations.
- Report quality/claim situations to your manager, receive customer complaints, follow up internally, and ensure satisfactorily address of customer complaints.
- Telesales experience will be an advantage.
- New opportunity identifications and deliver monthly and quarterly Sales Target.
- Build/Maintain adequate pipeline for the product, solutions that would involve consulting & presenting to Enterprise/ Mid Enterprise / End Customer Clients.
- Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives to ensure retention and relationship stability.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
