Job Descriptions:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the accountant job.
- Supplier payment processing & reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of costing credits, control accounts, and GRA costing checks.
- Price Changes / Updation (Purchase price/selling price) in the systems and require correspondence.
- A debit note claiming while invoice booking in oracle (ie. Short/damage).
- Cheque preparation and reconciliation of non-trade suppliers.
- Month-end closing related works (MIS reporting – Balance sheet data review and upgradations, MRM commentary, stock position, and other similar reporting work).
- Review of accuracy and completeness of non-trade expense trackers.
- Master data management – Supplier, Item, Price code creation, and review of changes.
