Customer Service and Management Representative

A well-known company is looking for experienced customer services and management representative in Dubai.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience required.

Job Descriptions: 

1. Must be Fluent in English speaking and writing.
2. Must have the ability to work independently.  
3. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
4. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
5. Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.  
6. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8. Candidate must strong Excel and database skills experience to manage the work.   
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.  

Salary Range: (3,000 AED – 4,500 AED) 

Employment Type: Full Time
