- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience required.
- Must be Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Candidate must strong Excel and database skills experience to manage the work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.
Salary Range: (3,000 AED – 4,500 AED)
