Senior Human Resource Coordinator

A well-known Dubai based company is looking for a senior HR coordinator.

Company Name: Dyna Graph, Dubai

Qualification: 

• MBA (Human Resource)

Experience: 4 – 5 years of relevant experience Required.

Job Descriptions: 

1. Ability to plan and perform HR tasks.
2. Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
3. Develop the competency-based interview process.
4. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly payroll records.
5. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
6. Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
7. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.

Other Skills:

1. Must be Fluent in English.
2. Must be Immediately available to Join.
3. Must be able to supervise juniors.
4. Ability to plan and schedule the work.

Salary Range: (8,000 AED – 10,000 AED)
