Manager Accounts – Job (Dubai)

Qualifications: 

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA)

  • ICAEW
  • MBA (Finance)

Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience required in accounts.

Job Descriptions

  1. Must be Fluent in English.
  2. Must be Immediately available to Join.
  3. To Manage & control the general accounting functions.
  4. Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities.
  5. Assess current practices and procedures to suggest recommendations for improvement.
  6. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
  8. Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
  9. Strong accounting background with an understanding of IAS/IFRS Standards.
  10. Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet experience is required.
  11. problem-solving and analytical skills.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational.
  13. Ability to supervise juniors.
  14. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
  15. Self-motivated person.
  16. Team player.
  17. Must have the ability to work independently.
  18. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.

Salary Range: (10,000 AED – 12,000 AED)
