HVAC Site Engineer – Job (Dubai

Qualifications: 

• B.Tech/BE
• B.Sc. (Mech Engineering).
• Diploma in Mech Engineering.

Experience: 6 – 8 years of experience Required.

Job Descriptions: 

1. UAE Driving license is PLUS but not mandatory.
2. Candidate should understand the scope of work relevant to buildings, villas, and warehouses.
3. Candidate should understand the load programs and the ability to analyze calculations.
4. Must be able to calculate the time required for a project.
5. Must be Fluent in English.
6. Must be Immediately available to Join.
7. Must be able to manage the project.
8. problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational.
10. Ability to supervise juniors.
11. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
12. Self-motivated person.
13. Team player.
14. Must have good relationships with consultant office staff and also a good relationship with other sub-contractors in Dubai.
15. Must have the ability to work independently.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.

Salary Range: (5,000 AED – 6,500 AED)
