Civil Engineer – Job (Dubai)

Qualifications: 

• Approved Dubai Municipality (G+1) & (G+4).
• Qualified Civil Engineer.
• BE

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience Required.

Job Descriptions:     

1. UAE Driving license will be an advantage.
2. Ability to quote tenders as per tender’s requirement.
3. Preparation of BOQ.
4. Ability to calculate the cost of material, labor, and other overhead – (fixed & variable).
5. Must be able to calculate the time required for a project.
6. Must be Fluent in English.
7. Must be Immediately available to Join.
8. Must be able to manage the project.
9. Must be good at designing able to manage interior design for multiple projects.
10. problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational.
12. Ability to supervise juniors.
13. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
14. Self-motivated person.
15. Team player.
16. Must have the ability to work independently.
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.

Salary Range: (4,500 AED – 6,500 AED)
