HR Manager – Job (Dubai)

Qualification: 

  • MBA (Human Resource)
  • M.com

Experience: 7 – 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in a manager role.

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
  2. Ability to plan and perform HR tasks.
  3. Manage labour workforce of more than 3,000 employees.
  4. Manage daily, weekly and monthly payroll records.
  5. Ability to reduce the cost of the company.
  6. Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
  7. Develop the competency-based interview process.
  8. Develop a clear methodology for Return on investment tracking and evaluation of spending on advertisement.
  9. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
  10. Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
  11. Lead the development of HR policies and ensure if any development required in existing policies.
  12. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
  13. Develop professional and organized Human Resource service to every employee or job-seeking applicant.
  14. Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.

Salary Range: (15,000 AED – 20,000 AED)
