HR Manager – Job (Dubai)

Qualification:
- MBA (Human Resource)
- M.com
Experience: 7 – 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in a manager role.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
- Ability to plan and perform HR tasks.
- Manage labour workforce of more than 3,000 employees.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly payroll records.
- Ability to reduce the cost of the company.
- Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
- Develop the competency-based interview process.
- Develop a clear methodology for Return on investment tracking and evaluation of spending on advertisement.
- Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
- Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
- Lead the development of HR policies and ensure if any development required in existing policies.
- Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
- Develop professional and organized Human Resource service to every employee or job-seeking applicant.
- Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.

Salary Range: (15,000 AED – 20,000 AED)
