Human Resource Manager Job (Abu Dhabi)

Qualifications  

  • Masters Degree in HR or Organizational Development.

Experience: 10 years of experience required.

Job Descriptions

  1. Ability to play an active role in the day to day Human Resource operations.
  2. Develop the competency-based interview process.
  3. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
  4. Develop a clear methodology for Return on investment tracking and evaluation of spending on advertisement.
  5. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
  6. Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
  7. Lead the development of HR policies and ensure if any development required in existing policies.
  8. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
  9. problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Develop professional and organized Human Resource service to every employee or job-seeking applicant.
  11. Promote positive culture and support all the employees in any job-relevant concern.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills.
  13. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
  14. Self-motivated person.
  15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.

Salary Range: (18,000 AED – 25,000 AED)
