Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in HR or Organizational Development
  • Level 7 CIPD (essential)

Experience: 10 years of experience required.

Job Descriptions

  1. Develop the competency-based interview process.
  2. Maintain the tracking system for applicants.
  3. Develop a clear methodology for Return on investment tracking and evaluation of spending on advertisement.
  4. Develop onboard strategies.
  5. Support employees with development and reward-based strategies.
  6. Develop CPD – Continues professional development plans for employees.
  7. Develop a Global approach to enhance the leadership
  8. Lead the employee survey process semi-annually.
  9. Lead the development of HR policies and ensure if any development required in existing policies.
  10. Lead the manpower budgeting and planning process annually.
  11. Support the hiring manager on job description and evaluation of salary range etc.
  12. Develop orientation strategies.
  13. problem-solving and analytical skills.
  14. Strong interpersonal skills.
  15. Ability to plan and schedule the work.
  16. Self-motivated person.
  17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the Company organization.

Salary Range: (20,000 AED – 25,000 AED)
